{Chrysler 300} Steering Box Problems

Thought I blew a power steering hose, but turns out the fluid was coming out of a small hole located at top of the box where it connects up with steering column at firewall.

Called Lares and said it c/b a seal that failed and needed to open it up to determine the problem or problems.

Before I box it up, hoping someone in the wonderful world of letter car land has experienced similar problem and fingers crossed knows the secret fix to avoid pulling the assembly out from inside car (no fun).
