I bought a black set for my F last month and was pretty disappointed in the quality on the fronts : lots of bubbles between the ridges and the white FL logos weren’t done well. Fortunately, Chris, the owner (he bought the business from Andy about 10 or so years ago, apparently) was very understanding and refunded my costs ($225 + my return shipping) . 

It was definitely a positive customer service experience (in spite of the mats themselves, which I “get” as far as quality consistency) and I will continue to do business with them.

Andy Birnbaum has Forward Look floor mats in black and perhaps one other color, bought a set a few weeks ago. Shiny,smelly, seemingly made out of the cheapest possible rubber/vinyl, likely from recycled roofing tiles, but they look the part.
