One often used source is Dennis Crooks at Quality Restorations, in CA, who's been restoring these wheels for 30 years. But, he's expensive - $2,000+ currently -
He restored my F wheel back in '01 and it still looks as new. I'm sure you'll receive other members' suggestions!
