I took our 4 speed 300K (non A/C car) out today for the first time this season (we live in mid coast Maine).
Our transfer station has a scale and this is what came up today. The car had a full tank of gas and maybe 40 lbs of stuff in the trunk.
I think this scale may tend to run a little high as I had a ‘65 Coronet a few years ago that was a “stripper” and it weighed in at least 150 lbs more than another scale I had that car on in Massachusetts a few years before (and That earlier weigh-in was before I removed more weight from it with some aluminum components, like an intake and removed the radio and some other things .)
Our K came up as 4460 lbs. As to weight distribution, I can’t provide any guidance.
