RE: {Chrysler 300} 1963 and 1964 Console

Courtesy lamps on either side of the console are replaced from the outside by popping the bezel off from the base which includes the socket..

Console lids may be the same physically but many/all of the J covers may be red??

I found a 2-cup holder that slides in nicely and firmly between the console and the passenger bucket seat.

Can someone answer two questions for me on the 1963 and 1964 center console please?

Do the light bulbs get changed by popping of the lens or from the back side. I do not remember, and I do not want to break anything prying on the lenses as they are in very good shape.
Is the console cover (lid) the same on the 1963 and 1964 consoles?

Sondra wants holes for water bottles and the like. I do not want to cut up the one in the car. Battered consoles come up on eBay from time to time with lids that look ok. Better to get one of those and modify that lid. Hence why I want to know if I have only 1964 to look for or if 1963 will also fit.
