Not for 1964. The escutcheon, bezel, dial lens assembly parts and knobs/controls are completely different. The pushbuttons are also different. See the photo below. But the physical chassis (except for the front plate) is identical, except that the 414 radio has one dial light instead of two but that is hidden behind the dash. So physical spacing for the knobs the same therefore bezel locations for knobs identical. For dial/pushbuttons – can’t tell for sure, I do not have any 64 radios. Carl B. I would like to know if it is a direct fit without having to cut the dash steel or the aluminum long bezel.
