I knew an original owner of a C300 that was a C-P dealer in Grand Island NE. He swears he tried to order his C300 with back-up lights and the factory refused. He insisted over and over and swears he got a letter from them that said “a 300 backs up for no-one”. He could never produce a copy even though he promised me one. Too funny to be true? …Jack Jack C. I've gone through the wires, replaced the bulbs and visually confirmed the reverse light switch on the 5-button TorqueFlite push-button assembly is mechanically working. All other lights are working properly. Any suggestions for what else to check? Before purchasing a new reverse lamp switch, I wanted to make sure I'm not missing any tricks per say?
