Reminds me of the first and last time I tried to weld./braze cast iron in metallurgy class. Other students weldments were put in a vise and broken with a hammer blow The instructor broke mine with his fingers--like breaking an Oreo cookie in half. It worked out better when I hired welders to keep our pipelines together. Rich B. in Sunny CA—maybe even some rain comin’. From: chrysler-300-club-international@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx <chrysler-300-club-international@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> On Behalf Of 93saturnfan Well after a bit of a runaround with shipping, my exhaust manifold finally showed up this morning. Unfortunately to my horror it was in far worse shape than when I shipped it out. The entire manifold is now completely broken in half and there are a few little pieces of it as well that came from the middle of the break. I'm absolutely devastated as I now worry that it may be beyond saving.
