Hi, Val: Agreed—That’s why I put the “?” in there. I think the dimensions and interference issues would be the same. Further wondering why the 405 HP ’62 short ram engines were derated to 390 HP in the J’s & K’s. Different cam or other hardware? Credibility issue? Insurance issue? Interference with marketing of hemi and max wedge-engined Plymouths and Dodges? I’ve even seen literature that indicated one could order a hemi engine in a Chrysler—but no indication any were ever produced. Pity. Ahh, sweet mysteries of life in the fast lane. Rich Barber Brentwood CA From: 'Val Jeffers' via Chrysler 300 Club International <chrysler-300-club-international@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To my knowledge long rams were not available on 62’s. I also think the short rams were supposedly dealer installed ? Thanks, Val Jeffers Sent from my iPhone
