I am curios to know if this book lists the factory selections for exterior and interior color combinations. If so, might all corresponding available pinstripe colors also be listed? For 1964, the K was available with five striping colors.

 

If not, any other clues? I thought I came across a dealer order sheet showing all of the available options which would comprise a special customer factory order.
