All; thanks for everyone’s comments about the upcoming sale.  I appreciate your compassion but rest assured there’s lots of P+V* left in the tank and I don’t plan on cashing in the policies for a very long time.  This decision is preemptive and allows me to transition on my timetable.  I have too many friends with too many stories of too little time to do too many things to prepare for too-morrow.
