Darrin:
I looked up production figures once compiled over 40 years ago by the Inc. club. They indicate 1,768 hardtops with a footnote that "some records show 1,918 built". They also indicate 484 convertibles. I guess this has been in dispute for a long time.

Subject: {Chrysler 300} Chrysler 300C Production Numbers
Ok, basic question for all the experts on the Chrysler 300C production figures. Perhaps determined and concluded years ago, but I noticed the club website indicates 1,767 hardtops built and 484 convertibles. However, in my search for a 300C hardtop, many owner ads and general reference material out there on various websites appear to indicate 1,918 hardtops, yet the same 484 convertibles. So how are we showing 151 hardtops less or others are reporting 151 more hardtops?--
Thanks in advance,
Darrin
