I used to rebuilt these brackets, no longer. I was recently contacted to rebuild one and sent the message below. This is simpler method that anyone that can use a drill can rebuild.
 
Drill out 3/8" bolt holes to 7/16, preferably in drill press to avoid
over drilling. Take a grade 5 x 7/16 bolt with a shank that is long enough
to extend past the bracket, you do not want threads in the bore. Cut new
threads till shank is flush with outside of bracket, then cut bolt to
length, use lock nut to assemble. Lube all metal contact preferably with
silicone grease.
This method will outlast original as the 7/16" bolt has a larger bearing
surface. I used to over bore and braze in bronze bushings.

I think it looks that way after 60 years, the bracket functionality was good thinking with a reasonable presumption of 7 to 10 years of service, same as the rest of the car.

But it introduced a wear point, a needless one, you might call this arrogance in engineering. Chrysler committed a bit of that. If you don't know about that floating bracket you will be wrenching yourself into a lathered Fare Thee Well trying to tighten the belt.

 

Bob's bracket video should be better known.

This is factually a really bad design , bad idea they dropped soon after , —original idea was pull of belt self tensions it = no adjustment needed at factory . But it constantly bounces around  with tension changes in belt or change in speed  of engine . 
Then , the hole in steel bracket at hinge wears egg shaped at the front , this tilts the axle of pump down , you can plainly see the plane of the pulley is wrong ( put flat edge on pulley , pulley is tilted ) belt runs in at angle , can slip , but wears crazy on one side etc ( can’t have tilted pulleys on a V belt ) To attempt to stop the bouncing they put a rubber wedge in there , it get soft often gone . Whole idea is no good.
First thing I fixed on the first F I got about 1969  , essence of fix was to drill all the holes oversize in line and straight , a close fit for a long shoulder bolt acted like a controlled OD pin , then put a pipe  spacer between tabs so you could clamp it solid like god wants a ps pump mounted . And what the rest of world did before and since , tighten the belt and tighten clamp . Done . No more bouncing motion there
That May have been overkill ,—- just go up to larger long bolt and the pipe spacer . Like alternator is mounted , or two oversize bolts with nuts that are a good fit . You can also add a small bolt across the gap in the two piece mount by drill and tap to act as an adjuster—   to be sure it can’t loosen up —-but a  tight big bolt is ok too.
I Once made a little kit for this , some original members may remember it …
Also made SS springs for generator brushes back then  , the other aggravating problem on these cars ,the  plain steel brush spring rusts , brush sticks in the holder . Instead of new generator and a dance with generator experts and 500$ , just tap back end of generator with dead blow hammer . Instant charge again . Or reach in abs move from back with screwdriver  Then one day take off,  clean brush holders and put in good springs . I had 100 stainless springs made can’t find the box , 50 years ago .. good repro project , both of these issues ..

That video looks like evidence of a different problem than the usual back and forth movement that is to be expected by the pump.  It almost looks like there would be elongated holes in the bracket, or a severely worn bolt mounting the bracketry to the engine?  'Rocking' back and forth is 'normal', but the 'wobbling' in this video is not.

Bob Merritt has a video on his YouTube channel explaining the correct procedure to tighten the belt on this pump bracket that self-tightens as load on it increases. It depends upon a bushing that allows its self-tightening movement. Yours is likely shot allowing pump wobble. I believe the video includes advice on replacing the bushing.
