The air cleaner on that Enforcer is the same as used on the Plymouth Golden Commando 395.

Also note that the car has the rear view mirror attached to the windshield header. I've been trying to find any police cars like that to see how the mirror is mounted and how they changed the visors. Not all police vehicles had that mirror set up.
