those vacuum tanks under the driver fender rust like crazy , you get a small hole , = manifold vacuum leak !! You can adjust the rams till your hands fall off will not idle right . Obvious in retrospect , caused me 6 months of total frustration on my very first F . Never knew it was even there , —I sure do now! john g
