To all the Great Folks in 300 letter car land.

Having an issue with the transmission.

The car when cold will take from my perspective take too long before it will up shift to 2nd.

Once it warms up it will up shift, but still seems to take more time than I would expect.

The pressures were tested and all were in spec.

That said at idle the pressure was zero per the spec, however as speed increased the pressure remained at zero until speed reached 25 mph.

Has anyone had this problem and if so what was the fix?

Thank you in advance for all your help and support on this matter.
