Hi all in 300 land.
Just wanted to share a discovery I made on a never apart 300F engine.
After cleaning the old grease/oil from the outside of the block, I can see what appears to be inspection marks? On LH side of block is a "10" and behind the fuel pump another mark, like an "X" with a horizontal line across it. The RH side of block has a very
faint marking but I can't figure out what it is...
Anybody ever seen those before?
I have seen underbody markings before but never saw markings on an engine...
Jean-Yves.
