{Chrysler 300} Speedo is jammed on 300G

Hello,

 

speedo cable was broken, because speedo is jammed. Is this a known problem with Chrysler?

What would be the best guess whats causes the stuck drive in the speedo?

Is there a low invasive fix?

 

Havent found any hints in the „tech department“.
