{Chrysler 300} 64 300 sill trim ext. Clips

Hello friends and enthusiasts,

Wow!

I have contacted most trim suppliers and swap meet bins.

Note that there are 2 types of clips for each side.

Seemingly square and the tombstone shape with the number 15 on it.

18 come with original trim package for 

2421 573-4 stainless trim

6001-605 may be the package.

These are difficult to locate.

I am working with AMS Obsolete,  and they have numerous boxes of clips.

There were 4 on each side, and the survivors all have the inner ears missing. 

I have tried the universal clips from Mr G,

They fit into body but do not draw the moulding into the snap fit.

I did not remove the scuff plate and galvanized semi tube to see if the mount holes are visible from the inside.

If they are, then they could be secured unconventional.

The Sport model has the small sized clips that were available at Carlisle,  but not the larger size with 15 stamped on it .

Has any one experienced this issue, and perhaps may have found a similar clip?

Alan from Illinois has been very helpful while working on his K.

In full Sequoia Green and pin stripes, missing #####  clips.
