Physically yes but if you've got a console shifted trans in a '64 I believe the valve body is specific to the console shifted cars. A pushbutton 63 and pushbutton shifted 64 trans should be a direct interchange. Having said that I'm sure there are likely differences between Ram and non - Ram trans internally like clutches, kickdown lever ratio etc. Reach out to Don Verity for specifics.
