My father was a Factory Service Representative for Chrysler then and the warranty prior to 1963 was 1 Year or 12,000 Miles. Also you had to take it back to the selling Dealer for Warranty work.

one from a 1949 Chrysler -- the warranty

was 90 days or 4,000 miles.

How about the 1950s? Does anyone know?
