{Chrysler 300} 64 Inner roof rail weatherstrip

Hi Group,

My attempt to install the roof rail weather strip, where both windows rest on, seems questionable.

There are two faces , short and long , that could be installed in reverse.

So, please let me know if the long strip is on the outside, forming a U channel with short strip inside.

Or, are the strips pinched together and the windows contact the short strip, which would be now on the outside?

With the short strip on the outside, there is no U channel for window to slide in.

With the long strip on the outside, the window slides into a U, once door is shut, and windows raised.

Perplexed,

Dave in Va,
