I don’t know about 1960 and the F, but in 1957 and the C, the date (month and day) the car left the assembly line is marked in crayon on the underside of the glove box.

stop dates for letter car production and broke it down
by month, you'd have

We don't have information for normal production models such
as New Yorker, but as you can see from the web page
the 300 F started Nov 17, 1959
and ended July 8, 1960.

You can also see that the first G was made August 30, 1960
suggesting production of 1960 models didn't continue
much past July (allowing plant shut down time for model changeover).

This is also listed as the highest serial numbered 300-F built and accounted for by our Club, looking at our News-Flite #145. So looks like F production ceased in early June, and didn't run into August.

I am looking for some document how to decode the data plate for 1960 models. Our website has a nice page to decode the 3 digit option codes but I trying to translate those 3 digit codes to the 2 character codes stamped on the data plate. Didn't see anything on ForwardLook.net either.
