{Chrysler 300} 1961 300G vinplate

Do we have a printed discussion and/or photos of what the CAL Highway Patrol will want to see when Angad and I take his car for a verification they will grant us an interview?  Maybe some chat from the FSM?

We have a most impressive stack of paid invoices from 1961 to the present but the car was not registered anywhere past 2006 so CA wants to be sure it is what we say it is. 

 A local Newark CA police friend came to try to help but was uncertain what those two rusty holes on each side of the plate meant.  He would have been happier with rosettes or something less untidy.
