I got the file, Came up instantly!  BUT, I am on Comcast in suburban Chicago at a reported 2 MB download rate.  Some people are BOUND to be still using phone lines and "buzzer" decoders that run on steam!!!  I had a friend that used to send me pictures that covered at least four screens worth (36 meg?) and was a problem...but that was ten years ago.  Not everyone is using 1 year old equipment.  I am sure there are people still using Windows 95 or even lower.
