Hi all - I’m looking for a replacement rear package shelf for my ’66 300 2 door hardtop. The 2 door versions are narrower (rear window to seat back) than those for a ’66 4 door. For the 2 door cars, they were molded cardboard and tend to disintegrate into unobtainium today. The 4 door package shelves are molded fibreglass, but are too wide (rear window to seat back) to fit the two door hardtops. If anyone has one to sell, or knows a source, please let me know. I’ve already talked to Murray Park. Since other ’66 C bodies had the same faux convertible roofline, their package shelves should work too? Even a not so good one that’s intact could be refinished, or serve as a pattern for a 3D printed prototype. I just had my seats redone with Legendary’s pearlescent upholstery and the interior looks like new, except for the shelf. The previous owner had wrapped the shelf in black cloth; when I removed it, what was left of the original shelf dissolved into yellow dust. Thanks. Let’s hope it really is a happy new year for all of us!
