Thanks for the schematic. The gauges all work and so do dash lights. The turn signals wipers only work with that wire from the starter relay. I misspoke when I said battery wire. It’s a wire from the starter relay that is hot with the battery.
The dome light and brake lights don’t work either, they don’t work regardless of wire I have connected to fuse box.

You say nothing works without the added extra wire. Ok try follow the shematic & use a volt meter. If you have a volt meter in the Dash i would check there first.....if broken almost all electrics are stone dead.... voltmeter is early in the system so is a place to look. Or with your extra wire in place all
up and running do your anmeter in dash work? I try look at the shematic for your car! Thanks Michael Skickat från min Samsung Galaxy-smartphone. -------- Originalmeddelande -------- Från: michael <michael@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

I am working on this new to me G. The previous owner ran a wire with fuse from the battery to the top lug on the fuse block. I removed it and nothing in the car works. when i reconnect that battery line everything works. I know this should not
be connected directly to the battery. How should the fuse panel be powered? The FSM is a little fuzzy on this.
