I have an E, F, and G and the F is the only one of mine that has this type.  I suspect that other 60 models such as Imperial also used this pump.  They were made by Trico and they are called a coordinated pump because they automatically start and stop the wipers when washing only.  

This pump uses a ridgid white rectangular reservoir that slides into a bracket that is bolted to the radiator bulkhead. The entire pump is mounted to the grey lid that covers the reservoir.  Four hoses are attached to the pump.  There is also a large V8 juice sized vacuum reservoir mounted directly below the pump and it's reservoir.  I am certain that others in the Club know all the applications.
