Roll Masters were the BEST I found, but you are correct, no longer made sadly! 

The best I've found now is actually tire "jacks" you adjust to fit your tire, pump the arms tight around tire using the foot pedal attached..makes tires clear the ground, then you can maneuver cars with relative ease. I find them at Harbor Freight; use their monthly coupon to save 20 to 25%... they are only sold in pairs! (wish I knew the actual name or part # but let me see IF I have the box still, bought mine a year and a Half ago....
