[Chrysler300] 300C in Russia?

Found this well made TV clip featuring a restored 300C.  The host speaks nonstop but I have no Idea what he is saying in Russian except that it seems to include a history of letter cars.  Look for the short clip of a 300C on the beach at Daytona about half way through.
