RE: [Chrysler300] Gaskets

Hi,

I do not think anything goes particularly wrong with those, mostly they get lost or are thrown away. I think it is there,  as anti rattle idea ---and to stop light leaks around buttons. Many of my cars have shown up without them. So I agree, Noel, ----It ought to be an item with some volume for Quirey….

The factory felt is thicker than most of what you can buy….and it really needs to be die cut..a poor fit will still let light through if you try to make it. Not easy to do either, by hand.

Marshall & Group -

I looked back at my orders from Gary, and saw in my 11/22/2010 order that I asked him for these felt shields, but had no part number. He did mail them to me, but I agree with you that they're not shown in his catalog.

I had checked with Quirey and they don't have them.  I didn't see them in Gary's catalog either.  I am aware that I can make them and Quirey offered to make them if I send a sample.  Is there enough demand to do a run?
