Just a coincidence there is a K with a 440 (but no rams) for sale “up the road” from me in Australia.  Has been advertised for a while now at about US$19500.  I don’t think people here know what it is.  They would rather pay that much for an Australia 62 Valiant with a slant six.  Go figure.  Looks all wrong with the mags, but seems in good shape.

No use starting a punch list of non-factory mods but I note the base radio and heater options and possibly the seat belts and hood pad.  I have asked for VIN & data plate pix.  It does not appear to have the heel plates in the floor mat.
