It absolutely looks factory to me, based on the examples I have from 300Js (the only difference being “J” vs. “K”).   Agree with Rich that the “C” is a little small.  The stampings, in my experience, have letters/numbers more often misaligned than perfectly aligned.  I would be more suspicious of a stamping that was perfectly aligned.   But that is just my opinion.  The only way to absolutely, positively determine that the Ks in question came from the factory as ram Ks would be to get the VINs and ask Mark Obermann to look up the microfilm records on those cars for the correct option code.

Attached is a photo of mine as well as the one in question. Each indicates the digits and letters were stamped on individually—and the font looks the same. The “C” is a little small in both pictures.

To me, the only engine stamping shown has the correct content, but looks sloppy and non-factory. However, I haven't had the chance to look at mine to see exactly what it looks like.

The engine id stamp in the one photo is most definitely a 300K ram engine.
