[Chrysler300] Eaton Springs

Hi Group,
Finally had time to place car on my lift and inspect the springs.
Springs seem to be ok - no difference between left and right - no broken leaves.
Removed newer KYB's and took 4 measurements on each side: front and rear Eaton spring attachment bolts from floor, floor to bottom of wheel opening over centerline of wheel and floor to bumper crease over outside bumper bolt.
The 4 measurements average 3/4'' lower on the left side.
Can torsion bar adjustment account for this??
