You know they are all pumps made of steel and cast iron. 10w oil would work fine, they call it ps fluid in a little can to make $ . One does not design a steel pump for this or that special oil. What specifically would you change? Or additives , but additives can help . Seal compatibility is a given, generally . Anything like 10W would work . ATF has antifoaming additives that help in ps, as some tend to foam . That being said, synthetic oils are flat out better , more stable oils, so synthetic ATF would be the best ps fluid.
