Harry,

The machined boss on the engine block, which is located in front of the valley pan behind and under the water pump housing should have V41 HP stamped on it in the case of a non-ram car. If an A/C equipped car, this will be difficult to see due pump.

If a ram car, it probably should be stamped C300K
