[Chrysler300] 300K leather interior changeout?

Hi Folks

Has anyone ever attempted a conversion of vinyl to leather on a "K"? 

I am considering changing the seat covering on mine and and would like to know if there's some nuance in or difference in the seats themselves? 

Also (and if I do this) is there anyone who would be interested in a near perfect set of pearlescent white vinyl seat coverings?
