Hi –FYI-- part of this is trying to reserve on line sends you to national site which has no way of dealing with “our rate” , and no email direct to hotel. This happens to me all the time,!! Not just here.

Hotels want you , in fact force you, to use the national booking site. ?% deal?

Frustrating.

Gave up after two tries, and did just fine by snail mail.. I am sure phone works too, if they do not patch you through to the national site again.

Auugh.

Here is a heads-up regarding our Spring Meet. The DoubleTree says they had an information mixup at the front desk, and that they incorrectly told some folks that the "Junior Suite" rate is $229 instead of our 300 Club rate of $129. If that happened to you, and you do prefer to have a Junior Suite room, please call them now and get the correct rate of $129. And BTW, there are only 4 yet available of 8 Junior Suites in the hotel, so don't delay if this is important to you.

And speaking of reservations, it looks like a very good number of our 300 members are planning to be here, and already have their hotel room lined up. As of today 1/3 of our block of 50 rooms are already taken, and registration has only been open for less than two weeks. So if you're planning to be here, it would be smart to call in your reservation very soon to make sure you can be with us.

You really don't want to hear what the room prices are in Holland in May if you miss the 300 Club room block pricing of $109, but I'll tell you anyway. You may be bumping the bottom side of $200 a night.
