Interesting about shipping aerosol paints without a permit.  Glad I didn't know that when I bought my paints from Parasol  - maybe its different if the paint is shipped from Canada.

I was attempting to obtain a stock of paint for the club store at a good price. During the conversations I was informed by Bill Hirsh that it is illegal for anyone to ship aerosol paint without the proper permits, so that is the reason we cannot stock paint in the club store. I am currently working with Bill to match the air cleaner paint from paint samples when George made a run of the air cleaner paint, that at the time the George paint was considered to be the correct paint to use for them. Bill Hirsh will then be the stocking dealer as he has the proper permitting to ship paints.
