[Chrysler300] 1961 Passenger Side inner fender access panel

Somewhere along my travels I seem to have lost the round access panel from the passenger side inner fender. Does anyone have a spare they would be willing to part with?

 

Also – it looks like I will have to replicate the stucco-like undercoating that was applied to the inner fender. Any suggestions on how to best accomplish this?
