Re: [Chrysler300] Macungie Hotel Room Update * IMPORTANT*

Hi Carlton and All.

When we said register early and often, we were serious in our warning.

Our initial block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Conference Center Host Hotel
is full. There are many other groups at the Hotel.

They have extended 13 more king size bed rooms that can be requested with
additional pull out bedding.

Call now if you want to stay at the Host Hotel.

I am in the process of negotiating with the Hilton that is 0.2 miles away.
Essentially next door with one building in between. I am asking that they
try to honor the Holiday Inn rate with breakfast.

Once I know what the Hilton deal is, I will forward the information.

Previously, I did receive some bad information but we do have 53 rooms
reserved by members to date. This has far exceeded the rooms used at the
Lancaster, PA Meet where we had 130 attendees.

Thank you all for your strong support for this 60th Anniversary Macungie
Meet.

Mark Souders, Tony Bevacqua and I have worked 3 years in the preparation of
this Meet. Prior to that Mark Souders fought furiously in an attempt to make
this happen at business meetings.

Much thanks to the Chrysler 300 Club Int¹l Meet committee with specific
thanks to Gloria Moon and Ray Jones for their strong initial support that
made this a reality. Additional, thanks go to the officers of the Chrysler
300 Club, Inc. for participating, supporting and making Macungie a Joint
Meet.

WE WANT YOU AND YOUR 300.

Co-Meet Hosts

Hi Tony,
I¹ve just been on the phone with ?Sean - Shawn¹ at the actual hotel front
desk. The first time I got through he switched me to a remote operator, so
I called back.
Anyway he told me the hotel is completely booked-up Saturday night August 1.
The other meet nights (Wed, Thur, Fri, and Sun) were OK. He seemed very
definite about the hotel being completely full for that Sat night, so I told
him I would talk to you before I did anything.
Thanks,
Carlton

Hi To All,

We have 91 (THAT IS NINETY ONE) rooms already booked. They are holding more
rooms.

PLEASE CALL ONLY THE DIRECT NUMBER:

610-391-1000 and dial ³O² ask the operator for the actual hotel front desk
reservations. Do not dial²1² for reservations. That and the 1-800 number
sends you to the remote reservations in CT. and they do not have the same
information.

There are a variety of rooms available with different bedding options.

Remember that the Banquet is Sunday night August 2nd. This is different than
our regular format of Saturday night Banquets because the Macungie show goes
thru Sunday leave Monday

Our rate is $104 with breakfast and NOT the regular $174.00.

REGISTER EARLY AND OFTEN. Remember to register with the Club early and
hopefully you will also be registering your 300 for the 3 days thru the
Club.

This is going to be a huge event. Please register early with the Hotel and
the Club. Just because it says no later than June 6 does not mean that we
should over tax our treasurer Gloria Moon.

REGISTER EARLY AND OFTEN. WE WANT YOU AND YOUR 300. GET READY FOR THE
FIREWORKS AND THE LIVE BANDS!

Tony, Mark & Tony B
