Hi To All, We have 91 (THAT IS NINETY ONE) rooms already booked. They are holding more rooms. PLEASE CALL ONLY THE DIRECT NUMBER: 610-391-1000 and dial “O” ask the operator for the actual hotel front desk reservations. Do not dial”1” for reservations. That and the 1-800 number sends you to the remote reservations in CT. and they do not have the same information. There are a variety of rooms available with different bedding options. Remember that the Banquet is Sunday night August 2nd. This is different than our regular format of Saturday night Banquets because the Macungie show goes thru Sunday leave Monday Our rate is $104 with breakfast and NOT the regular $174.00. REGISTER EARLY AND OFTEN. Remember to register with the Club early and hopefully you will also be registering your 300 for the 3 days thru the Club. This is going to be a huge event. Please register early with the Hotel and the Club. Just because it says no later than June 6 does not mean that we should over tax our treasurer Gloria Moon. REGISTER EARLY AND OFTEN.
