No suppliers that I've ever come across. Your best bet is to find a solid donor car and use original steel anyway. Usually the only rusty area of a rocker panel is the rear 12" or so ahead of the rear wheel skirt. Of course 2 door New Yorkers, Newports (Windsor in Canada), 300 Sports would all be the same as the 'L' panels. I wouldn't be surprised if '66 were also a match.
