Hi Rick, I have all that information from when I built my F
engine. But the only problem was I bored the block out and I
polished the heads and that causes the readings to be a little different than
stock. I will share everything with you if that will help
you. Let me know. Gary Barker

Subject: [Chrysler300] G head/cylinder volume
I’d like to
calculate the effect of some engine modifications and pulling a head is not on
my short to intermediate term to-do list. Does anyone
know or know of a source for the volume of the combustion chamber in the
cylinder head (cylinder head volume) and that of the cylinder (VTDC and VBDC
volumes) for a stock G engine? Are the stock pistons on this engine flat
topped? I’ll use a head gasket thickness of .020” based on what I believe is a
stock steel gasket. Thanks in
advance. __._,_.___ To send a message to this group, send an email to: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to bob@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or go to http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/Chrysler300/join and select the "Leave Group" button For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm For archives go to http://www.forwardlook.net/300-archive/search.htm#querylang __,_._,___ |
