I am investigating the source of excessive fan noise (300H). I haven't yet performed the test outlined in the owners manual (too cold today). I haven't a clue where I got the the drive I have. I had driven the car for 20 years with no clutch and a fiberglass flexi-fan which worked great, but was socially unacceptable! I am suspicious of the fan clutch because there was a time when I went on an all out campaign to cool my engine down 20 or more years ago. Ultimately, it was a bad instrument voltage regulator which was causing my apparent temp to rise concurrent with dropping oil pressure. During that effort, I recored the radiator and scoured wrecking yards for the largest Mopar fan blade I could find. I expect I have an 18-1/2 inch blade instead of the specified 18 inch. But, is there a source for the correct "Silicone Fluid Filled Speed Modulating Fan Drive" p/n 2421 131 ?
