I have a set of Road wheels off a 73 Newport Navajo. I was thinking about selling them. But the best offer I got was $100.00 Wile not in great shape I think they are restorable. The trim rings buffed out nicely as did the chrome on all but one rim. And I repained the mat silver part of the rims. The worst part is the center caps should be worth $100 on their own. They are pitted. A friend of mine built a 76 New Yorker 4spd stick and had some road wheels on it. He sand blasted the caps and painted them to match his car. Any of you have some tips on how to restore them ? I am too cheap for the chromer $1,000. I am thinking of putting them on my 45,000 mile 71 LTD. Or a 300 Hurst if I can find one to go with the wheels. ------------------------------------ To send a message to this group, send an email to: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to bob@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or go to http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/Chrysler300/join and select the "Leave Group" button For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm For archives go to http://www.forwardlook.net/300-archive/search.htm#querylangYahoo!
