Evidently Goers is the only one with the stamps, unless others chime in here to the contrary. I wasn't aware he was offering the clear stickers, but I understand why. You might send him a fax and ask if he will rent the stamps out for your use. I agree, the stickers kind of defeat the purpose of enhancing the originality. I, too, would like to apply the appropriate markings to my 300C, and am wondering how to obtain those inspection stamps. I would prefer to use the stamp/ink method instead of the yellow on clear "stickers" that Gary Goers offers, just from an original appearance aspect. Since these stamps are a one-time use item for any individual owner, I am hoping that if anyone has reproduced these stamps, they might be willing to loan them to me for my own one-time use. Thanks for the help. What they did do, was use rubber stamps to indicate approval of the various areas . I know there are those in the Club that have reproduced those stamps, Gary Goers being one, as he stamped my car at a national meet in Santa Cruz many years ago. At the time we discussed placement of the stamps, and he said that the location was somewhat arbitrary, and proceeded to stamp my car as follows: "OK Paint" on top of radiator support, driver's side "OK Electrical" on inner fender, towards the rear, on the bulge near where the park brake cable goes down "OK Trim" on the bulkhead, near the power brake booster, driver's side. Hope this helps.
