You can try some farm stores. Tractor Supply, Atwoods, there are others.
Old tractors are where 8 volt batteries were most used. Gives that old,
cold tractor some extra kick to get'r go'n.

I think a 6 volt charger will do the job, check out the actual voltage
being put out. Most 12 volt chargers put out over 13 volts.
