[Chrysler300] 1962 300H Rocker Stainless

Question about the Rocker Stainless and Stone Guard set up for the 1962 300H....<br/><br/>I've seen cars with and cars without. <br/>Was there a definitive With or Without rule for that year letter car?  Was it a factory output that way or a dealer add on?<br/><br/>My H doesn't have the drilled holes for the attaching clips, nor do I have the stainless, so wondering what is correct. <br/><br/>Thanks!<br/><br/>Matt Allyn
