When my 300F was restored the engine guy said the anti stall was not necessary and did not install it. I have driven the car for a long time without it and it runs perfectly, if not better. I recall that before if anything got a little out of adjustment the car would surge on the anti surge diaphragm; especially at stop lights and was very embarrassing. At idle you could open the hood and see the anti-surge plunger pumping the bell-crank. If someone knows of a logical reason (other than C. E's put it there) I would like to know. This would be the one mounted on top of the long cross rams. NOS would be fine or a good used one possibly work. Also does any body know if there is someone in the club or someone else that is refurbishing these anti stall devises. call 1-715-387-8830 cell 1-715=613-8844 or email laleonam3@xxxxxxxxx [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ To send a message to this group, send an email to: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to bob@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or go to http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/Chrysler300/join and select the "Leave Group" button For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm For archives go to http://www.forwardlook.net/300-archive/search.htm#querylangYahoo!
